Check-in is free from Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. After 7:30 pm, as well as on Sundays and holidays, a fee of €30 will be charged when collecting the keys. Outside of these hours, only guests who have checked in online will be given keys (otherwise they will be considered a no-show) and will be charged the full amount of the stay. Please note that last minute reservations may experience a delay of up to 2 hours in check-in (until 7:00 PM). Guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation upon arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used for the reservation, please contact the property in advance. Please note that an additional charge of €30 will apply for check-in after 7:30 pm or on Sundays and holidays. El registro de entrada es gratuito de lunes a sábado, de 17:00 a 19:30.
