Check-in is free from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. After 7:30 p.m. and on Sundays and holidays, there is a €30 charge payable when you pick up your keys. Outside of these hours, we can only hand over the keys if you have completed the online check-in (otherwise it will be considered a no-show) and the total cost of the stay will be charged. Please note that last-minute reservations may be subject to a delay in check-in of up to 2 hours (until 7:00 p.m.). IMPORTANT: Check-in is free from Monday to Saturday between 17:00 and 19:30. After 19:30, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a fee of €30 will be charged upon key collection. Outside these hours, keys will only be handed over to guests who have completed the online check-in (otherwise, the reservation will be considered a no-show), and the total amount of the stay will be charged. Please note that last-minute bookings may experience a delay of up to 2 hours for check-in (until 19:00). Guests are required to present the credit card used to make the reservation upon arrival. If you are not the cardholder, please contact the property in advance. Please note that an additional fee of €30 applies for check-in after 19:30 or on Sundays and public holidays.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
