Check-in is free of charge from Monday to Saturday, between 17:00 and 19:30. After 19:30, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a fee of €30 will be charged upon key collection. Outside of these hours, keys will only be handed over to guests who have completed online check-in (otherwise, they will be considered a no-show), and the full amount of the stay will be charged. Please note that last-minute bookings may experience a check-in delay of up to 2 hours (until 19:00). Guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation upon arrival.
