After 19:30, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a €30 fee will apply for key collection. Outside these hours, keys will only be delivered if the online check‑in has been completed (otherwise, the reservation will be considered a no‑show), and the full amount of the stay will be charged. Please note that last‑minute bookings may experience a delay of up to 2 hours at check‑in (until 19:00). The seasonal outdoor pool is open from 15 June to 15 September.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
