Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance. Check-in is free from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM, Mondays to Saturdays. After 7:30 PM, and also on Sundays and bank holidays, a €30 fee will be charged when collecting the keys. Outside of these hours, keys will only be released to guests who have checked in online. Please note that last-minute bookings may experience a delay of up to two hours at check-in (until 7:00 PM).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
