Check-in is free from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. After 7:30 p.m. and on Sundays and holidays, there is a €30 charge payable when you pick up your keys. Outside these hours, we can only hand over keys if you have completed the online check-in (otherwise it will be considered a no-show), and the total cost of the stay will be charged. Please note that last-minute reservations may be subject to a delay in check-in of up to 2 hours (until 7:00 p.m.). The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
