Please note that all guests must pay a damage deposit of: €200 and a cleaning fee of €65, if the property is left on a very dirty state, a charge greater than €65 can be charged. Any guest found violating the property rules, creating disturbances, hosting unauthorized gatherings or parties, exceeding the permitted occupancy, engaging in illegal activities, or otherwise disrupting the peaceful enjoyment of the property may be required to vacate the accommodation immediately without refund. In such cases, the security deposit of EUR/USD 200 (or equivalent local currency) will be retained by the property as compensation for the inconvenience caused, as well as to cover any damages, additional cleaning, administrative costs, or other losses resulting from the violation, and will not be refunded to the guest. Additional charges may apply if the costs incurred exceed the amount of the security deposit.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
